HHHH is a unique and peaceful non-profit equine sanctuary and therapeutic program where individuals of all ages and abilities have the freedom to develop knowledge, trust, hope and determination through connecting with the horse.

Helping Hands Healing Hooves empowers children and adults facing a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges through the transformative practice of equine‑assisted therapy. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to foster healing and growth through the bond between horse and human.

Located at Black Star Farm in Cedarburg, our clients connect with our equine partners in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Through these guided interactions, participants build confidence, strength, emotional resilience, and essential life skills—often discovering new capabilities within themselves.

We offer week‑long summer workshops as well as limited individual sessions in the spring and fall, providing meaningful opportunities for personal growth, empowerment, and well‑being throughout the year.

At Helping Hands Healing Hooves, we believe in the unique healing power of horses and the profound impact they can have on people’s lives. We invite you to join us in celebrating this remarkable connection and supporting a community where every individual can thrive.
